Why us

resilience for teens

#noshortcuts
#noshortcuts is our mantra for everything we do. Because of this, we will never be the cheapest Nepal holiday provider in the market. We can’t possibly provide our clients with the exceptional service, experience, safety protocols, expert guides, quality unlimited meals, contingency days – the list goes on – at a budget price. There are many factors that will influence the price you’ll pay for your Nepal adventure. At Trek Climb Ski Nepal we’ll never take short-cuts when it comes to the safety or success of your trip.

Safety
At the core of every trip we run is the safety of our guests and staff alike. We ensure your safety by following emergency and safety protocols that reflect know-how from best practice mountaineering and police search and rescue operating procedures. Our 100% safety record is testament to the fact we know how to look after you in the mountains.

Expertise – our team
Our company is very proud of the people we call our team. Our Sherpa trekking and climbing guides are the best of the best and they have a vested interest in the safety and success of every expedition we run. All our trip leaders and guides have the runs on the board – in fact – most of our climbing guides have multiple summits of Mt Everest to their credit. Our Sherpa team are like our family and they have all worked with us for many years. Our friendship and loyalty to each others transcends our business relationship.

Community Fund
In our early days, we made sure we paid our staff well and we always provided them with the personal clothing and equipment necessary for every expedition. We made sure they were well fed and that their health and insurance requirements were in place. We began to attract the best guides and porters available because we knew how to take care of them on the trails. We raised money for a variety of initiatives through the Help Nepal Network (Australia) and even ran our own clothing initiative for the famous Icefall Doctors and many of the poorer people living in the Everest region. Today our efforts to support our Nepalese workers have morphed into much more. The ongoing health and education of our Trek Climb Ski Nepal family is paramount and we are able to help provide for this via our Nepal Community Fund.
