If you’re planning on trekking in Nepal, make sure you watch this trekking in Nepal video before you sign up for an expedition. Tika Tamang narrates this beautifully edited 3 minute video from our offices in Kathmandu. He explains in his typically honest and candid manner the way our business came to be and how we operate today. See the full range of our trips on offer.

The authenticity of Tika’s message shines through and this is accompanied by a brilliant soundtrack and incredible vision of the majestic Nepal Himalaya. When we started piecing this clip together we weren’t exactly sure where we were heading with it. We wanted something that would help promote our Everest Base Camp Treks but ended up with much more.

If you’ve ever spent time with the Sherpa people of Nepal, you would understand how impossible it would be to try to script a story. It just wouldn’t work. The language barrier aside, they are such genuine people that the message wouldn’t resonate if it weren’t true. So watch our trekking in Nepal video and you be the judge. And if you still need some convincing, then read over the testimonials on our site.

More trekking in Nepal video

We think one of the best ways to showcase our expeditions – and the way we run them – is to film them along the way. Be it a trekking or climbing adventure, our videos show our trips like they are – real and unscripted. Sometimes our guests will giving high-fives on the top of a peak and sometimes they’ll be working hard and almost out of breath. Our guides will often be laughing and horsing around. Sometimes we’ll bring something different to the table in order to show our real expertise – like this Mera Peak documentary filmed in 2013. If getting a feel for Nepal and the way we run our trips is important to you, then please take the time to watch some of our videos. We trust they’ll answer many of your questions but don’t hesitate to contact us if you have more!
