Everest Base Camp trekking is a life-changing experience you’ll never forget. The opportunity to trek in Nepal amongst the highest mountains on earth lures thousands of visitors to this magical land year after year. This author was hooked on Nepal after that first trek in the Everest region 15 years ago. The beautiful Nepalese people, the stunning Himalayan mountains, the culture and simplicity of the trekking in Nepal. It all amounted to the experience of a lifetime for me and I knew I’d be returning year after year.  But what can those looking to undertake their first trek in the Everest region expect?

At Trek Climb Ski Nepal we’ve put together a carefully designed Everest Base Camp trekking itinerary that doesn’t take short cuts. We’re renowned for our safety record and success rate in the mountains and this hasn’t happened by accident. We observe every high altitude trekking protocol to ensure that you don’t just make it to Everest Base Camp, you’ll do it in style and enjoy every step of the way. Some of our Everest Base Camp trekking highlights include:

  • Stunning views of Mt Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Makalu, Ama Dablam, Island Peak and the Khumbu Icefall
  • An unforgettable sunrise over Mt Everest, Lhotse and Ama Dablam from Namche Bazaar
  • Sunset over Mt Everest from the summit of Kala Pattar at 5545m
  • Trekking into Everest Base Camp and standing beneath the Khumbu Icefall
